I love how silky-soft and shiny the exterior is and the furry hoodie is not only cute...it's detachable, making it super-funtional too! It's a wee bit on the tight side, but I'm thinking this is on purpose. This isn't a ski lodge ski jacket, this is a shopaholic's shopping spree ski jacket. San Francisco based designer Margaret O'Leary now has an e-commerce site. View her current Fall 2006 collection and shop it here. Known for her great knits and sportswear, if you have ever been to one of her nine boutiques, you'll find her creations as well her favorite designers like Cynthia Steffe, Velvet and AG Denim. O'Leary's designs can also be found in upscale retailers throughout the country. Currently, the designer is exploring the use of eco-friendly, sustianable materials, such as bamboo yarn and organic cotton, to create socially conscious clothing. Here are some of my selections.

Just spent the last few days in Seattle with my husband and dog; we set up camp at the W Hotel. It’s ridiculous how dog friendly that hotel is - I think Theo was treated better than we were. His stay included a W dog bed, matching ‘woof’ placemat and bowls, stick, ball, cookie, and a special poo bag.
